Managing Partner

Kornelius is an advocate for developing equitable health solutions for vulnerable populations. He has extensive experience in Economic Development, Tech transfer, and business development.

Pamela Lee

Pamela Lee

VP of Community Programming

Pamela leads the firm’s events and logistics. She brings over 15 years of experience in event marketing and program management. She has a BSc (Biology) from Xavier University of Louisiana and MSc. (Cell Biology) from Clark Atlanta University.

Justin Williams

Justin Williams

Venture Partner

Justin works at the intersection of business and life science. He is passionate about making healthcare more equitable. His background includes investment banking, pharmaceuticals, and life science venture capital. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Biotechnology from Morehouse School of Medicine and holds a degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Kwame Terra

Kwame Terra

Graduate Student In Residence

Kwame is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health degree in Health Equity at Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana. His studies focus on the association between local food environment and chronic disease prevalence.
